VRML gallery of chiral Nano-Tubes

generated with JSV1.08, S.Weber, 1999


In JSV1.08 I implemented the generation of chiral nano tubes from a given chiral vector Ch={n1,n2}.The length of the tubes and the atom species (C, BN) can be specified. I created the GIF images below, VRML2.0 files and PostScript files. The images are linked to the VRML2.0 files. Clicking at them will open another window, where your VRML browser plug-in can display the structure. If you want to download the files just click at the links using the right mouse button and choose "save link/target as..". All tubes are chosen to be about 30 long. The VRML files are very big. You might want to download them first.
